English class

Today in English class we talked about poems. It was a little bit fun, because the teacher let us work in groups.I certainly had fun, and here is why: I got to learn about new poems. we talked about stuff that i had forgotten in years, so it reminded me. I also liked the little questions about the poems that we read. It was fun and me and my partners got to work on it together. What i didn't like was that we had to compare the narrators, sometimes it was hard because the narrators had much in common. so, we had to live it blank. Then, i also didn't like the way the poems were written. I know that's the way they are suppose to be, but i just which they would make easier for the people of the 21st century to read it. I liked the way the poems reached into my heart or at least some of them did. I also liked the way the teacher explained it.He made it easy and simple for us to understand. I then liked the idea of writing this blog, because i like to write and type. But what i didn't like about it, is that we had to write about a specific subject "English class". I like to write about what i want and believe in. Speaking of which, the Essay!!! I like the essay. I like the fact that we get to write about what we want, yes i like that. But, what i didn't like about it is all the rules we had to follow. I mean sure its a great idea, but all the rules are just to much! I like to use 1st and 2nd person in my writings, just like a book. I like to use contractions like "don't, didn't, ain't, hadn't, etc..." They make the writing easier and quicker to write. Its true they make the story shorter, but they also make it quicker to type or write. So, well in conclusion, I'll have to say "i like English class so far and i hope for it to be good year". Thanks for reading, and have a wonderful day.
                                                    Good-bye,
